The remodel transformed the existing interior space into a functional pediatric and family practice clinic. The two practices share a common waiting area, with the design leaning toward pediatric care. The layout includes nine exam rooms and a front suite dedicated to the pediatric office, supporting efficient workflow and a patient-friendly experience.

The second focused on the development of a procedure suite encompassing an Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) unit, dental services, clinical spaces, and associated staff support areas.
