BLEGEN HALL GEOCOMMONS

The GeoCommons on the fourth floor of Blegen Hall is a dynamic, active-learning hub designed to advance geospatial research, collaboration, and instruction. Featuring flexible communal areas, interactive technology, and modernized computer labs, the space fosters innovation and cross-disciplinary engagement.

MSOP AT MOOSE LAKE 

Moose Lake, Minnesota

FIRE BARRIER REPLACEMENT

​

In a secure facility, the project replaced a side-acting fire shutter with a two-hour fire-rated steel frame, door, and glass assembly. The new system spans the full width of the corridor, enhances visibility, reduces maintenance needs, and includes a magnetic hold-open feature for improved safety and convenience.

WRIGHT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Bufffalo, Minnesota

OFFICE REMODEL

 

This project reimagines the office layout by transforming the open space into private offices and a large, acoustically private conference room. Designed with advanced technology and thoughtful acoustics, the conference room ensures complete privacy for high-level meetings and confidential discussions, while offering a modern and efficient workspace for collaboration.

TRUCK GATE UPGRADE ​

​

This secure facility upgrade enhances site access and durability with the addition of a new truck gate system featuring three electrically operated sliding gates. Upgrades include a newly renovated guard shack and reinforced concrete pavement, engineered to withstand the demands of heavy truck traffic—delivering improved functionality, safety, and long-term performance.

ASHTA VINAYAK TEMPLE RENOVATION

​

​The addition of eight beautifully designed altars in the auditorium hall brings a sacred and harmonious atmosphere to the space, each dedicated to the Ashtavinayak deity. Featuring elegant veneer arches and marble back panels, the new altars seamlessly complement the existing main altar. Lighting enhancements further elevate the spiritual ambiance, creating a serene environment for worship and reflection.

SHIRDI SAIBABA PRAYER CENTER

Chaska, Minnesota

​The new building is designed to inspire and support the community, featuring a serene prayer center with a spacious worship area and an elevated altar on the main level. The lower level offers a versatile community room and a fully equipped commercial kitchen, ideal for fostering connection and hosting events in a welcoming, purpose-driven space. The exterior façade prominently features arches as a key design element. The nine arches on each side symbolize the nine aspects of devotion to God, a core tenet of the congregation's faith.

HISTORIC BUILDING REMODEL

Stillwater, Minnesota

This project transformed the first floor of a beautifully preserved historic building, creating a stylish and functional retail space that seamlessly blends modern design with timeless character, offering a unique shopping experience in a truly iconic setting.  The second and third floors are residential use and have a rooftop patio, developed as part of an earlier phase.

A FORGETFUL BAKER

The space includes a beautifully designed bakery with a dedicated cake display area, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, retail space for showcasing products, and a versatile teaching area for hands-on baking classes and demonstrations.

WomenWoRX

Maplewood, Minnesota

A dedicated Fitness and Wellness Center for Women, the facility features an open workout area, a hot yoga studio, exam rooms, and a combined retail and smoothie bar—offering a holistic approach to health and well-being in an empowering environment.

COMO ZOO PRIMATE MECHANICAL BUILDING

St. Paul  Minnesota

​A support building adjacent to the Primate Building was designed to house state-of-the-art geothermal and mechanical systems, advancing the facility’s commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. Thoughtfully designed for seamless integration, the building enhances infrastructure performance while supporting the long-term operational goals of the campus.
