A once-vacant movie theater has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern dental clinic, blending innovative design with functionality. The new space features six fully equipped operatories, a private doctor’s office, and a comfortable staff break room. The standout feature—the original octagonal theater lobby—now serves as a distinctive and welcoming waiting area, preserving character while enhancing patient experience. Structural upgrades support a rooftop mechanical unit and a new rear exit for improved accessibility.
